Senior Role - Credit Underwriting - FinTech Startup

A client of ours which is a start up in the Financial Technologies space is looking to hire canddiates with 7+ years of experience in Credit Underwriting for Business loans.

- Appraising the credit worthiness of the applicants by analyzing their Financial Statements, CIBIL and other credit documents

- Ratio Analysis of companies to understand their financial strength

- Analyzing Cash Flows and Income Statements to calculate and evaluate future cash flows to assess their ability to repay loans

- Personal Visits and discussions with clients for all the high value proposals received to understand clients business and other details, physical appearance of the premises, machineries installed, approximate valuation, staff strength, documents verification etc.

- Summarizing the overall risk of the proposal and mitigating the same by adjusting exposure

- Responsible for managing the overall portfolio of the location by vising the delinquent customer and doing a root cause analysis and preparing a final report for the same
