About the job:
- We are seeking a seasoned Senior CRO who blends creativity with analytical prowess to enhance website functionality and drive superior user engagement.
- This pivotal role involves analyzing user behavior, identifying opportunities for improvement, and executing strategies to optimize conversion, revenue, and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize both qualitative (heatmaps, session recordings, surveys) and quantitative tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to analyze website traffic and user behavior.
- Develop and implement a robust web analytics framework to monitor and optimize key performance indicators and conversion points across the website and marketing funnel.
- Interpret data to understand the 'why' behind user behaviors and deliver actionable insights for UX and conversion rate enhancement to boost lead generation and online sales.
- Oversee the optimization program, including site and e-commerce experience, landing pages, forms, and CTAs, employing an iterative optimization process (hypothesize, design, test, measure, optimize).
- Create and manage optimization project testing roadmaps, hypotheses, and reports (A/B, Multivariate, Targeting, Personalization).
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and researchers to drive projects and ensure seamless execution and delivery.
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in Website Optimization, user experience, digital marketing campaigns.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or a proven track record of increasing customer satisfaction, coupled with outstanding presentation skills.
- Proficient in using marketing platforms and tools such as GA4, VWO, Adobe Target, Click-tale, Adobe Analytics, various tag management solutions, Optimizely, Zoho Pagesense, etc.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices for websites and e-commerce functionality (ROI, AOV, Conversion Rate, etc.).
- Familiarity with research tools like HotJar, CrazyEgg, LuckyOrange, heatMaps, poll/survey tools, Zarget, or similar tools is advantageous.
- Experience in managing multichannel media campaigns, including paid search, ad text, and landing page optimization, SEO, etc., will be beneficial.
- Prior experience managing a diverse client portfolio
