Duties and Responsibilities:
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. MANAGE CONTENT OPERATIONS:
- Power the company's marketing efforts through content
- Plan content operations as per specified business objectives in the Annual Operating Plan
- Support various business lines and other verticals within marketing
- Build content to win search rankings for a large keyword portfolio
- Regularly update oneself with the latest tools, technologies, and trends and derive winning strategies
B. PROCESSES AND CONTENT PERFORMANCE:
- Benchmark with the global best
- Define and refine processes
- Track, analyze, and report content metrics related to production, reach, traffic, consumption, and engagement
- Continuously improve content performance
- Identify opportunities to improve funnel conversion rates through content
- Design and run content related tests and experiments and feed the learning back into the system
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Editorial skills :
- Belief in the role of content in driving business
- Hands-on experience in running large content marketing programs
- Ability to manage content at scale for multiple channels, devices, and formats especially mid to long form articles and short-length videos
- Experience in building a loyal subscriber base
- Mobile-first thinking
- Operations management
- Experience in using data and analysis to improve content performance
- Comfort with marketing technology platforms
