Senior Compensation and Benefits - Total Rewards
- Responsible for end-to-end Compensation & Benefits strategy & implementation for the Domestic and International Business
- Lead efforts of articulating our Rewards Philosophy. Celebrates the talent and power of our shared purpose.
- Collaborate with HR partners and Business leaders to understand issues related to compensation and benefits and solution
- Partnership with the Talent Acquisition regarding pay and parity, evaluating new positions, job bands, grade levels, job descriptions, promotions, and transfers.
- Ensure compliance of compensation and benefits laws and regulations of the respective countries we operate in.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, recruiting function in the development of job descriptions, and maintain database of job descriptions
- Design and activate a sustainable pay strategy that balances market competitiveness and internal equity in the context of our pay philosophy and positioning.
- Participate in external compensation and benefit surveys and provides detailed market analysis on positions
- Designs and develops communication materials for the implementation of local compensation programs. -drives resolution of compensation issues and independently makes recommendations.
- Participates and analyses competitive market data and trends to enable a competitive positioning to attract and retain talent
- Keeps abreast of current conditions and future trends in compensation; including compensation plans of key competitors; current and proposed legislation affecting compensation; and governmental compliance or approval requirements to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
- Periodically review adoption, alignment and efficacy of Benefit programs and participate in the annual renewal of benefit policies
- Responsible for administration and efficacy of all benefit programs and alignment with our Associate value proposition and Total Rewards philosophy.
- Partner with the Employer Branding and Talent Attraction teams to build awareness and enable connect to our Associate Value proposition via our offerings
- Monitor Budget forecasting and utilization of Pay and Compensation budgets
- Coach, mentor, and develop direct report/s, including overseeing onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.
