Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement the entire Compensation & Benefits set-up for the organization.
2. Defining the organization's compensation philosophy.
3. Developing and implementing a comprehensive Compensation & Benefits strategy.
4. Perform job evaluation to determine a comprehensive job band framework & define clear compensation ranges and progression paths.
Desired Specifications:
1. Minimum 12+ years of experience, with a background in managing compensation & benefits programs for multiple locations and a large, geographically dispersed workforce.
2. Proven experience in developing, setting up & managing complex projects in the Total Rewards/Compensation domain.
3. Open & willing to travel.
