Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, implement and administer compensation policies, process, structure, guidelines and programs including short term and long term incentive for all levels of employees;
- Provide analytical and program management support to deliver competitive compensation to all employees;
- Evaluate trends, market data and benchmark surveys to ensure market competitiveness of compensation structure;
- Assist in the design and implementation of the grading system, job evaluation, job description, promotion policy etc. aligned with the corporate culture and values;
- Accountable for the compensation management system and responsible for the data integrity, accuracy, and maintenance of all compensation related data and reports;
- Develop competitive compensation offers for new hires;
- Recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related issues;
- Develops and Implements organization wide compensation communication and education;
- Coordinate the effective implementation of the annual performance management plan/ calendar;
- Proactively ensure the timely initiation and conclusion of the performance review process;
- Tracks performance ratings and reports results to senior management to assist in merit and incentive process;
- Partners with managers in preparing individual development plans and monitoring progress of meeting development objectives;
- Ensures compliance of performance management program for all employees;
- Oversees employee recognition programs and compensation management;
- Identifies and recommends new recognition programs and/or improvement to existing programs;
- Keep track of new thinking (recent developments) in performance management and recognition;
- Mentor and coach subordinates / others for their personal growth and effective performance;
- Carryout periodic benchmarking exercises in respect of compensation and other relevant HR policies and processes;
- Performing such other tasks as maybe assigned by the Management;
Experience/Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a post-graduate in Management preferably in HR
- 10+ year's experience in Human Resources with a concentration in compensation
- Experience with compensation design, modeling and forecasting, compensation benchmarking and survey reporting
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines
- Should be an Out-going person, who is, Impartial, Patient, Perceptive, Analytical, Friendly and Organized
- Working knowledge & experience of labor relations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex and sensitive information at all levels

- Arranging timely completion of periodic employee performance evaluation and rewards and compensation exercise
- Development of successful compensation and rewards structure as reflected in employee satisfaction and high quality of new recruits.
- Creation of innovative compensation model which helps economize cost to company while ensuring competitive salary packages for employees.
