SAR is an executive search organization.   Our Client, Agilent Technologies (US Based MNC) - www.agilent.com- is the world's premier measurement company and a technology leader in communications, electronics, life sciences and chemical analysis.   We are hiring for :   Experience : 7+ years Post qualification experience   Qualification : CA/CPA  Location : Manesar (Near Gurgaon)   Job Description :   - General Accounting and Reporting (GAR) is responsible for recording accounting transactions, reconciliations, month end close, compliance and reporting for various processes i.e. Revenue & Deferred Revenue Accounting, Payroll Accounting, Fixed Assets, Cash & Treasury Accounting, Inter-Company Accounting & General Ledger Management & Close.   - This position is for cash accounting process handling accounting and reporting for all countries worldwide wherever Agilent has presence  Primary responsibilities will include :  - Managing cash accounting and reporting process with minimal supervision  - Monitoring processes to ensure business controls are adequate and working and coordinating month end close activities.  - Responsible for the reconciliation, analysis, reporting and presentation of accounting and financial information used by management for external and internal reports  - Ensures local and enterprise-wide financial and statutory compliance that may include internal financial controls, external audits, regulatory filings and reporting, tax filings and audit representation.   - Communicates effectively across boundaries  - Maintains compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)  - Manages a team with 8-12 persons and is able to manage cross functional inter personal relationships   Desired Skills :  - Professional accountancy qualification such as CA/CPA  - 6-7 years relevant experience for entry to this level   - Managed mid size teams in earlier profiles   - Must be able to work effectively with cross functional team at different geographical locations  - Exposure to SAP will be added advantage to the applicant  - Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in job.  Ankita  9910056296
