Work Experience: 5-12 years
Qualification: M. B. A. preferably in business or project management, from a tier I college.

- Good understanding of Client Relationship Management tools and techniques
- Candidates should have experience in the professional service industry, preferably in Big 4 firms, or management consulting firms
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing & developing business development strategies, identifying opportunities across practice area and sector specializations and locations
- In conjunction with Practice/Sector heads, lead and oversee the development and growth of profitable new business, develop and maintain effective key client relationships in line with overall Firm strategy
- Maintain market intelligence on competitors, existing & potential clients, create reports, analysis & share insights on trends in terms of corporate investments & public policy changes
- Assist with responses to RFPs and pitches, as well as, research on clients and industry trends
- Develop & execute client engagement programs through strategic outreach initiatives
- Maintain and manage relationships with industry bodies, sector-specific event organisers and provide event coordination and support
- Maintain and build Firm marketing collateral
- Assist with maintaining and developing the CRM database
