- Prepare the annual Business Development Plan (proposed way forward) in alignment to Business Units plan.
- Drafting and implementing the sales strategy as set by the Executive Board
- Overall responsibility of Sales Generation for High End / Exclusive Banquets & Events
- Be a one point of contact & a consultant to guest from the first call till the day of the event
- Contracting bookings and raising invoices
- Plan and carry out direct sales activities as per agreed budgets, sales volumes and values
- Develop account plans to achieve goals and exceed individual sales target assigned.
- Drive sales operations to meet/exceed sales, revenue and profit objectives. Solicit, negotiate and confirm new and repeat business through various efforts (outside sales calls, telemarketing, direct mail, referrals, site inspections, tours, networking, etc) on a national and international level.
- Maximize establishment revenue on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and direct sales focus to achieving revenue goals.
