Experience & Responsibilities (MUST Have):

- 15-20 years of experience with 5+ years in AI field.

- Hands-on on development and maintenance of processes surrounding modeling and cognitive computing (Document AI, Vision AI and Conversational AI).

- Hands on experienced in research, development & Production implementation of [artificial intelligence, deep learning, machine learning, and statistical processes] against business requirements.

- Design, develop, implement, and evaluate artificial intelligence algorithms and build scalable production systems that address current and future business needs.

- Provide architectural and Tech leadership in the ML team

- Manage to collaborate with a team of engineers, data scientists, researchers, and domain experts to address emerging client needs.

- Advocate for and identify creative uses of artificial intelligence and potential artificial intelligence innovations to realize the real-world business impact.

- Capable to analyze and rationalize application portfolios and define migration roadmaps and strategies

- Compelling Presentation skills to Business users

- Familiar with Python constructs and able to provide technical mentoring to the Team

- Currently in Team Management role as well. Should be capable of handling 5 - 10 members team.

Good to Have:

- Aware of the latest cognitive computing research and trends aligned with business needs.

- Pre-sales, Solutioning & Lead Data, Analytics consulting engagements for different industry verticals

- Responding to RFI, RFPs, RFQs, Proactive proposals for innovative solutions driving business efficiency, growth & transformation strategy

- Capable of monitoring project success measures and understand the status of specific projects and assignments.

- Familiarity with the Cloud Services, preferably Azure.

- Appreciable technical contribution to Professional network LinkedIn / Github repositories / Kaggle
