Senior Role - Account Delivery Management - SFDC - Banking Sector

- Possessing specialist knowledge of Banking and Oracle core banking

- Project Management

- PMO Governance and Structure

- Specializes in bringing together component subsystems together and looking at it from end to end project management be it with leading client teams and Accenture teams

- Preparing maintenance plans and schedules for all workstream

- Ability to lead the program with multiple streams of execution

- Risk and Issue management

- Scope management

- Stakeholder management and communication

- Leading and managing sr. stakeholders interactions

- End to End Project governance

- Provide recommendations that will help solve problems of migration etc

- End to end managing project costing and financials management

- Driving opportunities and taking lead in shaping the same with client and Accenture internal team

- Eagerness to learn new technologies

- Always grasp the urgency and act with urgency

- Indian Bank exp., People who have worked on global roles would not be able meet this demands.

- Should have deep client management experience along with delivery.

- Should be able to lead large programs

- Having SFDC delivery experience would be an added advantage.
