Senior Risk Manager - SME

A. Position Purpose

To help the regional risk head in the sanctioning process, monitoring and meeting the desired portfolio and TAT standards.

B. Position Responsibilities

1 Meeting and Understanding the risks associated with the customer and making recommendations on risk appetite

2 Ensuing timely review of new and existing accounts - assist in the approval process

3 Understands customers - expectations & perspective and works towards achieving them within regulatory & policy framework within agreed TAT's and standards.

4 Ensuring high quality underwriting standards and maintaining high quality portfolio on continuous basis

5 Monitoring of portfolio to include picking up early warning signals initiating effective remediation solutions and watch listing

6 Ensuring portfolio hygiene is of highest quality

7 Minimizing Internal & External Audit comments

8 Taking initiatives in and driving process improvements

C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Qualifications : MBA / CA

Experience : Minimum 7 Years
