Title: Senior RFP Specialist

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a detail-oriented RFP Writer to lead the development and submission of requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other business proposals.

- The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, the ability to interpret complex requirements, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling and compliant proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research, analyze, and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other solicitation documents.

- Write, edit, and format clear, persuasive, and well-structured proposals tailored to client requirements.

- Collaborate with sales, business development, and technical teams to gather necessary information.

- Ensure compliance with all submission guidelines, deadlines, and legal requirements.

- Maintain and update proposal templates, content libraries, and past proposal responses for future use.

- Manage the proposal development process, including scheduling, content reviews, and final submissions.

- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and industry trends.

- Proofread and ensure proposals are free of errors and inconsistencies.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: 2+ years of experience in proposal writing, grant writing, or technical writing.

- Strong understanding of RFP processes and proposal best practices.

- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management software.

- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
