Senior RFP/Proposal Writer for Pune location
- Manage end-to-end RFP response processes
- Review RFP/bid requirements and manage fulfilment of all requirements to ensure compliance and responsiveness
- Proactively coordinate for RFX/proposals with stakeholders (sales, SMEs, delivery, business heads, finance, management, technology, compliance) to ensure timely and high quality RFx/proposal delivery
- Should jointly work with SMEs/business heads/sales to develop a winning solution including commercial, and engagement model etc.
- Work on collection of collateral and information specific to each RFP
- Research, organise and synthesise information to ensure high-quality RFx response
- Create/write winning RFX responses/proposals that reflect CRISIL's brand and its advantage over competitors
- Facilitate the proposal review by stakeholders, and thereafter, ensure incorporating the edits and managing final proposal production and submission
- Responsible for driving strategic activities for RFx, proposal and other sales processes (e.g. competitor and customer intelligence gathering and analysis)
- Establish processes and templates for streamlined responses to RFPs, RFIs or other customer touch points
- Train immediate team members and other resources (if required) in RFP writing and processes
- Prepare new case studies/collaterals, maintain repository and work on other sales material, when required
- Interact regularly with delivery managers/account leads to develop strong understanding of our services and to gather intelligence about existing clients
- MBA in Finance.
- Strong understanding of RFx process and writing differentiated winning proposals/RFx responses
- Ability to interpret and prepare a brief summary of RFx requirements in a short time and initiate the RFP response preparation process
- Ability to work unsupervised in a fast paced environment and iterate quickly
- Ability and willingness to work under tight deadlines and stretched working hours
- Good knowledge of investment banking/financial services industry and financial regulations
- Good attitude towards learning and exploring business opportunities for the division, tracking industry and providing timely information to stakeholders
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional MS Office skills - especially PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to deliver relevant and prompt solutions by liaising with relevant stakeholders and driving the agenda forward
- Self-motivated team player, strong ownership skills, accountable, organisational/prioritization skills, proactive, ability to multitask and think independently
