- We are looking for a dynamic professional with excellent communication skills and in-depth experience in back-end & front-end retail operations.

Requirements:

1. Fluent English and Excellent Communication is Mandatory

2. Any MBA / Bachelors Degree.

3. Minimum 5 Years Experience in Execute Sales and retail operations in store and ensure adherence to all standard Operating procedures of company.

Should possess expertise in functions like Operations, Merchandising, Customer Service, Quality, Inventory Control, MIS, Revenue Generation and Promotional Offers.

- Develop and maintain suitable measures and systems for controlling stock control, to ensure sufficient levels of stock at minimum stock holding and to keep write-off stock to a minimum.

- Ensure adherence to all SOP's in the stores.

- Self driven audits for store to ensure readiness of store

4. Should be fast learner and adaptive.
