Senior Retail Manager

- PnL owner of the existing retail channels (EBO/MBOs), retail & mall expansion

- Work experience in leading retail Ops for fashion/lifestyle brands across multiple geographies

- Drive sales growth and profitability for retail business.

- Formulate retail sales and operations strategies.

- Analyze retail metrics, manage financial and operational reporting.

- Stay informed on market trends and competitors.

- Implement retail operations plans for sales and profit targets.

- Engage with store teams and customers to align strategies and resolve key issues.

- Optimize stock management, maintain merchandising standards.

- Ensure customer service excellence and uphold the Chumbak brand.

- Collaborate with Marketing for promotional activities.

- Lead sales management within the team; mentor Regional & City Managers.

- Coordinate with HR for team development and adhere to policies.

- Manage Regional Managers' performance and development plans.
