Responsibilities:
Project management:
1 Managing Research projects end to end
- Proposal writing
- Questionnaire preparation
- Fieldwork monitoring
- Data checking and report preparation
- Client management on day-to-day work
2 Regular updates to internal team on project status
3 Worked across various types of quantitative consumer research studies across various categories
Service Delivery:
1 Detailed understanding and experience of running full service market Research projects (Primary marketing research) mainly custom / ad-hoc research
2 Understand the market research projects items such as questionnaire, Survey scripts, quota management, data outputs, data checking, cleaning, data Analysis
3 Able to work independently throughout the market research project cycle & Manage client delight on deliverables
4 Ability to build insights out of data and assist client with data/ insights queries
RFP Management:
1 Understanding client request for quotes
2 Applying Borderless access capabilities and market research understanding for preparing effective quotes for clients
3 Answering client questions on RFPs/ quotes with consultative approach
