Senior Research Analyst/Team Lead - KPO

We are hiring for a leading KPO organization based at Gurgaon.

Position : Senior Research Analyst / Team Lead

Experience : 2-4 yrs, 4-6 yrs

Role & Responsibilities :

- Independently manage research assignments - either as a part of an ongoing client engagement, or as a part of business development efforts conducted by the entity

- Consistently engage with the clients, interpret their requirements, staff projects while managing the communication flow throughout

- Connect with research users to understand project objectives, scope, and deliverables

- Will be working on size and growth outlook, trends and drivers, growth inhibitors and challenges, competitive landscape, Porter's / PESTLE analysis, Swot Analysis etc

- Comparing performance of companies on financial and operational KPIs, relative strengths and weaknesses, etc.

- Knowledge of secondary databases like Factiva, Bloomberg etc.
