Senior Research Analyst - Retail Domain - KPO

We are hiring for a leading KPO organization based at Gurgaon.

Position : Sr. Research Analyst - Retail industry

Experience : 4-7 yrs with MBA/ PG/ B.tech/ B.E

Role & Responsibilities :

- Providing solutions, Market Analysis to Leadership for insights of Retails industry in different geographies

- Identify channel drivers and industry drivers /Top Executives for different retailers and channels in different geographies

- Preparing and analyzing sector research reports on specific markets & companies

- Proactively monitoring and tracking relevant market developments, tracking people moves, following critical company developments and disseminating the information in a targeted manner.

- Act as a thought partner to Research & Consulting colleagues, work on search strategy, benchmarking candidates

- Assisting or leading the development of marketing presentations for the practice group

- Knowledge of the research across domains to support the Segment's development on a global scale

- Collaboration with senior consultants & partners, demonstrating conceptual thinking, defining search strategy, bench marking candidates and appropriate target companies for the your sector

- Knowledge of secondary databases like Factiva, Bloomberg etc.
