Senior Research Analyst - Retail/Digital - KPO

We are hiring for a leading KPO organization based at Gurgaon.

Position : Sr. Research Analyst ( Retail, Digital)

Exp : 4-6 yrs

CTC : 10-11 Lacs

Role & Responsibilities :

- Conduct Secondary research, gather data and facts, convert the same into meaningful analyses, while focusing on a range of products varying from technology or product strategies to competitor profiles

- Create and regularly update this agreed upon knowledge stored in the Firm's database and knowledge management system

- Own the knowledge management process by setting and meeting clear deadlines for the building out and updating of this key information

- Oversee development of global communications as required by the Practice group, ranging from weekly operational updates to quarterly newsletters on knowledge projects and performance to bi-annual presentations for Partners Meetings adhering to global firm communication standards
