Our leading client is hiring for Sr. Research Analyst/ Lead Analyst in Pune.

Role: Sr. Research Analyst/ Lead Analyst

Qualifications: Engineer or Equivalent + MBA(Full time) or Qualified CA with a strong academic background.

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience with at least 3 years related experience.

Domain Related :

- Should have mandorily experience of Very good understating of Structured Notes, their types, payoffs & related flows and Experience with trade booking and trade capture

About Role:

The role involves supporting the trading desk of a major multinational bank in the Structured Notes business

The job duties would involve:

- Understanding the flow of the structured notes & the cash flows between different desks and Business Entities

- Rebooking the trades from one Risk Management System (RMS) to the other

Ensuring correctness of booking in terms of -

- Contractual & non-contractual parameters

- PnL & valuation in the new RMS

- Investigation of the outliers in terms of new PnL & Market Value

- Closely working with other teams / stakeholders to ensure streamlined product delivery

- Interpreting client business needs and translating them into operational requirements and targets

- Interacting professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
