Sr. Relationship Manager- Structured Finance

Job Description :

- Managing the current Structured Finance portfolio across sectors in the given geography for Sponsor Lending, Real Estate, Holdco financing and Large ticket Balance Sheet lending

- Originate proposals from large infrastructure corporates, structuring and appraisal of the same

- Execution of proposals viz obtaining credit approvals, negotiating term sheets, disbursements & documentation

- Providing customized solutions for complex transactions such as cross-border acquisitions, quasi-debt structures

- Analyzing prospect lists and prioritizing business development opportunities to achieve assets and profit growth target

- Manage key relationship

- Looking for senior professionals with in depth understanding and exposure to complex deal structuring and relationship management skills.
