Urgently looking for Relationship Manager- Small Business

- Develop strong long-term relationships with small businesses with a view of achieving growth targets in line with the business plan

- Deliver growth in overall business through the development of all key distribution channels - direct, indirect and reference

- Carry out negotiations of lending terms and conditions with small business representatives

- Carry out an initial assessment of risk and negotiate terms to an acceptable level

- Collate all necessary documentation to complete the lending process and transfer the file to the risk management team

- Participate in negotiations between the risk management team and the customer, if any

- Communicate the final terms of lending and process sanction letters, security formalities, and other documentation
