Job Purpose:

- To manage and grow a portfolio of corporate customers by building long-term relationships that are based on providing efficient and reliable support for their business needs.


- Collaborate with product groups, colleagues both locally and overseas, to enhance wallet share and expand the client base, focusing on both new and existing customers.

Key Accountabilities:

- Well versed with credit for note preparation and present high-quality credit proposals, managing approvals for amounts up to INR 750 Cr, ensuring alignment with client and bank objectives.

- Oversee the disbursement process, ensuring adherence to legal, valuation, and compliance standards.

- Acquire new corporate clients and expand the portfolio using market knowledge and intelligence.

- Deepen existing client relationships by increasing product penetration and wallet share through regular interaction and servicing.

- Continuously monitor client portfolios, identifying potential risks, and taking timely actions.

- Present well-structured cases to credit committees for approval and ensure efficient execution.

- Leverage local market knowledge to engage with leading Mid-Corporate and Large-Market clients.

- Structure financial facilities in coordination with Relationship Managers, tailored to meet both client and bank needs.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 7-8 years of banking experience, specifically in handling large corporate clients.

- Strong knowledge of the disbursement process, including legal, valuation, and compliance procedures.

- In-depth understanding of financial statements and corporate balance sheets for credit decision-making.

- Ability to acquire new clients and expand the existing portfolio.

- Familiarity with the local market, with strong relationships and knowledge of leading Mid-Corporate and Large-Market clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or CA with relevant banking experience.

- Strong credit risk analysis, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Ability to work independently, handle multiple responsibilities, and meet business development targets
