Senior Relationship Manager - Real Estate Finance Business - NBFC

We have been retained exclusively by L&T Finance to attract and hire candidate for the below mentioned position.

Position - Sr. Relationship Manager

Job Location - Bangalore

Job Responsibility :

- Actively involved in the execution of mandates for fund raising for real estate developers.

- Financial, business, industry analysis and feasibility study of projects.

- Developing financial models with future projections, information memorandum for the project, bank reports and other documents for the investors/lenders.

- Negotiation with Banks/Financial Institutions/investors on key terms of the proposed debt facility.

- Liaising with Banks/Financial institutions/investors for getting the proposal sanction, legal due diligence, documentation, disbursement and post disbursement formalities

- Actively participating in discussion with financial investors as well as clients for understanding their business, their funding requirements, coordinating with them for documents, solving investor queries, etc.

Business Development:

- Providing industry analysis and tracking market trends in the real estate segment in key metro cities Preparing pitch reports by undertaking detailed company profiling to summarize operations, financials, credit rating agencies reviews and analyst commentaries for the top management to negotiate with the prospective clients.
