- Activation of Inactive brokers
- Ensure Penetration of business & business enhancement from brokers
- To acquire new clients leveraging the broking network
- To retain existing clients
- To engage the brokers for cross selling opportunities.
- To train brokers on POS Products - Quotation generation & Policy issuance
- To gather and disseminate Market Intelligence.
- To develop and Manage Brokers
- To organize meets, knowledge seminars, and events for brokers and clients
- To ensure increased structured underwriter interactions with Brokers
- Ensure internal departmental coordination - Product / Process
- Adherence to internal processes for sourcing business as per u/w guidelines & ensures strict implementation with brokers
- Keeps abreast of changing internal processes and adapting to the same.
- Positive interaction with internal stakeholders to get things done
Knowledge sharing :
- Product / Process & Proposition with Agents & ensuring business hygiene
- Ensure self attendance for all relevant training sessions
Desired Candidate Profile :
- MBA (Marketing & Insurance)
- Should have 8-10 years of min experience in General Insurance
- Excellent Communication skills
- Should be presentable
