- Acquire New Fund based Business & Manage the relationships
- Deliver growth in overall business through the development of all key distribution channels - direct, indirect and reference
- Understand customer needs and propose products or lending terms to cater to these requirements, while adhering to risk management guidelines
- Carry out negotiations of lending terms and conditions with customer
- Structure the deal
- Communicate the final terms of lending and process sanction letters, security formalities and other documentation
- Maintain consistently high service standards and customer satisfaction levels through periodic engagement
- Manage relationship post disbursal
- Collect customer feedback and communicate this to senior management to assist in the creation of innovative new solutions
