Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager - Institutional Sales

Reports to : Business Head - FD & IFA
Location: Pune
Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute the acquisition for the given location for gathering deposits
- Expectation would be relationship size potential of minimum 10 Cr plus monthly
- Responsible to deliver the goals through institutional segment and its promoters.
- To analyse business needs & competition data to identify trends & new opportunities;
- Have the - direct to customer- approach and build relationship with wide spread customers
- It would be an individual role and depending on the acquisition success in the location and achievement of KRAs, reporting structure would be added.
Required Qualifications
- MBA or Equivalent
- 6-8 years of total experience with minimum 4 years of relevant segment experience
- Should have experience in handling institutional relationships and worked at - direct to customer- role
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Should have meticulous approach to relationship management
