Job Context

- LAS Insti is a specialised financing arm under C & I Business engaged into meeting short term & medium-term fund requirements of a wide range of customers on PAN-India basis against collaterals of shares, mutual fund units, Bonds, immovable assets & other marketable securities.

- The product range offered under this vertical includes - Promoter Funding, Broker Funding, Investor Funding, Loan against Bonds, IPO Funding, Open offer & other special opportunities, Loan against Insurance Policies and Structured Funding.

- Under this vertical the customer segments that are targeted are Large Corporates, MSMEs, Equity Brokers, NBFCs, Debt market players. The clients from these segments are sourced via multiple channels that are - Direct, Investment Bankers, National Alliances, Internal Channel and DSAs.

Portfolio growth


- Lead and direct the sourcing capital & structure financing customers to ensure the targeted growth of the portfolio

- Identify Group/Corporates for financing opportunities

- Directly build & maintain strong relationship with each & every large /mid corporates to explore funding opportunities

- Maintain relationship at all level -Promoter/CFO/Finance head to explore various opportunities with Group/ Company

- Build loan book in Corporate/Capital/Structured financing finance through direct origination

- Understand requirement of client & structure the transaction

- Participate in structured financing transactions of Large /mid-size companies

Grow portfolio while minimizing NPA

Bottomline growth


- Use appropriate pricing, fees etc. to maximize & grow margins

- Negotiate best pricing from the client and maximize bottom line

- Maximize bottom line with combination of fees & interest Income

- Basis client profile and market scenario price each product right, to maximize the return

Market Intelligence


-Gather market intelligence towards evolving competitive business strategy, policies & processes

- Gather market intelligence on a regular basis

- Share the market intelligence with Zonal managers

- Provide suggestions for improvement in processes, pricing, product, policy, NPA reduction etc to Zonal managers

Control NPA


- Ensure quality of portfolio to control NPAs

- Ensure high standards of portfolio management, margin regularization, market intelligence for better NPA management

- Minimize the NPA

- Keep abreast of the latest developments of exposure & report for any indication of customer defaults, sectoral changes etc.

- Maintain good quality lending book and manage stress /overdues, if any by engaging actively & proactively with all stakeholders

Stakeholder coordination & Process Adherence- Coordinate with stakeholder for efficient transaction processing; Ensure 100% adherence to organization processes/policies

- Smoothly coordinate with all the stakeholder like Operation/Risk/Compliance in organization for faster and better result

- Provide inputs to Zonal Manager for Sales MIS

- Be aware of all critical policies, processes & documentation for all the products
