- Client acquisition in various category like Retail, HNI, Corporate etc. and generating broking revenue as per the organization's policies will be the prime focus area
- Advising clients on trading and investments across all segments
- Deepening the client relationship with regular meetings and cross-selling of various investment avenues such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, Equity Advisory, Insurance and Fixed income products.
- Product-wise Revenue generation
- Providing trading support/advisory support and generate revenue to achieve target
- Handling customers for all the inquiries related to trades, back office, risk management, trading platforms and support.
- Achieve targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Strong communication and analytic skills
- Good domain knowledge and client network
- Sound knowledge of regulatory environments
- Good communication and presentation skills
