Managing the relation with other verticals i.e. Centres Sales, Sub Broker Channel, IFA (Individual Financial Adviser) Channel, Connector/DSA Channels.

Frequently visit the centres & meeting with Cluster Manager/Branch Managers/Centre RMs for making their centre more & more profitable by selling of HL & LAP.

Frequently conduct training cum induction programme on Product & Process with Centre team, IFA & Sub Broker Team and DST/Connector/DSA Team for smooth functioning.

Frequently visit at ICICI Bank and meeting with BSM, RSM, BCM, RCM & ZCM to discuss regarding various files and to ensure for smooth processing.

Building strong network of Connectors and Builders to ensure the availability and awareness of company's product in every potential area of the market.

Frequently visit Chartered Accountants for Non HL business and also find new Chartered Accountants for increasing Non HL business spread in the market.

Conduct builder activities to increase brand visibility and increase customer contact points.

Focus on revenue generation through Maintaining IRR, PF and increasing insurance penetration.

Mapping distribution and sourcing plan with COA projection.

Reviewing the performance of the SM's on monthly basis.

Monitor all portfolios on monthly basis.

Ensuring each team member is motivated to perform at his best level and earn designed incentives
