Job Responsibilities:
Generating Product Requirements:
- Engage with potential clients to discuss the product, emphasizing its quality and benefits.
- This involves identifying client needs and aligning them with the features of the product.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers and dealers.
- Ensure satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and service.
New Market Development:
- Drive efforts to explore and enter new markets.
- Utilize marketing tools such as schemes, loyalty programs, and apps to enhance market presence and penetration.
Implementing Marketing Strategies:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote both new and existing products.
- Analyze market trends and performance metrics to adjust strategies as needed.
Sales and Collection Targets:
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Customer Requirements Fulfillment:
- Coordinate with internal teams (plant, factory, distribution) to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure timely dispatch of products and services.
MIS & Budgeting:
- Maintain management information systems (MIS) for sales and marketing data.
- Plan and adhere to budgets for marketing and sales activities.
Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze competitors' activities and strategies.
- Use insights to refine own strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
Team Management:
- Lead, guide, and train existing team members.
- Recruit and build an effective team for comprehensive territory coverage.
