Overview:

- The Senior Regional Head North plays a vital role in leading the overall strategic planning and growth initiatives for the Northern region.

- They are responsible for driving sales performance, managing key accounts, and identifying market opportunities to ensure sustainable business growth and market dominance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the regional sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market share in the Northern region.

- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and recommend product/service improvements.

- Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to the regional team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.

- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of competitors, market trends, and industry developments.

- Participate in the development of pricing and promotional strategies to maximize profitability.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide necessary support and guidance to the regional team.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare and present regular reports on regional sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities.

- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build strong professional relationships and stay updated on industry best practices.

- Lead and support special projects and initiatives as required.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field


- Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience in a senior regional or territory management role, with a focus on driving sales growth and leading high-performance teams.

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.

- In-depth knowledge of market analysis, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the Northern region.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver results.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

- Proficient in using CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suite.

- Ability to travel within the region and occasionally nationally as required.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles.

- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.
