JOB TITLE: Senior Recruitment Specialist - IT
SCOPE: You will be responsible for mapping the potential candidate's profiles across job boards, handling interview process with clients and driving the organizational objectives as planned.
RESPONSIBILITIES
DELIVERY & P&L:
- Understand the technologies and source quality profiles from job boards and social media portals
- Own and execute entire recruitment process for the allotted clients
- Meet the individual revenue targets in alignment with team goals
- Meet the hiring deadlines effectively with healthy TAT
- Innovate the sourcing the process to reduce the initial TAT
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT:
- Attract & educate candidates on the proposed requirement
- Engage and retain the offered candidate with novel practices.
- Provide timely responses and feedbacks to the clients to enrich the selection process
RESEARCH & ANALYSIS:
- Gather inputs for the candidate profiling and competitor analysis
- Decent grip on the market trends and its implications on the business
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
- Share the value added information with the peers and team members
MIS:
- Updating the hiring reports and analysis as and when required
- Analyze and assess the individual performance in the light of organizational objectives
SKILLS
TECHNICAL:
- Internet usage and MS Office package
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment portals
EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of IT - Recruitment experience for product based companies or startups.
