Roles and Responsibilities:
- Executive Search: Conducting thorough executive searches for chief executive, board member, and senior-level management positions across various industries and geographical locations.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.
- Candidate Engagement: Identifying and engaging with top-level management candidates through various channels, including networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Utilizing effective assessment methods to evaluate candidate suitability, including interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments.
- Leadership Advisory: Providing leadership advisory services to clients, offering insights and recommendations on -talent acquisition strategies and market trends.
- Project Management: Managing multiple search assignments simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams, including researchers, consultants, and support staff, to streamline processes and optimize outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in senior/top management level recruitment, preferably with well-known Search/Recruitment firms.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the executive search industry, including market trends, best practices, and competitor analysis.
- Client Management Skills: Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, demonstrating excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Candidate Sourcing Abilities: Ability to identify and attract top-level management talent through proactive sourcing strategies and targeted outreach efforts.
- Assessment Skills: Proficiency in conducting thorough candidate assessments, including behavioral interviews, competency evaluations, and reference checks.
- Project Management Capability: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple search assignments simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
