- The role will support the development and execution of Talent Acquisition Strategies
- Drawing up short to long term Recruitment Strategies for the India Operations as per their Business Plans / Growth.
- Responsible for implementation of proactive and systematic workforce planning for attrition as well as ramp ups.
- Responsible for recruitment for frontline recruitments. Ensuring that requirements / specifications are communicated to and understood by the Recruitment team
- Design and establish hiring plans (includes right mix of sourcing and selection methodologies) that determine cost, productivity and timeliness of deliverables accounting for risk, manpower and market changes for hiring.
- Constant drive to strengthen and increase utilization and effectives of low-cost channels by constant efforts to utilize IJP s, Employee Referral Schemes, Campus recruitments, Job Portals, Head-hunting, website etc.
- Understand the management requirements and accordingly build MIS to track, analyze and improve hiring efforts.
- Front end all Recruitment related Audit activities
- Ensuring control and compliance mechanism on all recruitment related activities
- Partner with HR Generalists/Specialists on special initiatives, as required from time to time especially in the Talent Management arena and building retention programs
- Be responsible for pitching, understanding candidate drivers, competencies and culture fit, supervising interview process and recommending candidates to be hired, followed by compensation negotiation, and hand holding the candidate till the date of joining.
- Create and drive innovative means of candidate engagement, right up to the date of joining
- Function as CoE of the talent acquisition function, co-create, and drive all policies, processes, and systems for the function
- Develop and manage new and innovative channels of recruitment, including social media
- Own the creation and reporting of talent acquisition analytics dashboards to key stakeholders on a periodic basis
- Drive the implementation and usage of an ATS / e-recruitment system
- Manage all external vendors that work with the TA function.
Qualification And Experience:
1. Overall Experience of 8-12 years in Frontline Recruitments
2. Exposure in developing partnership with team seniors and key stakeholders in an effort to drive a client-oriented culture and delivery model
3. Exposure and understanding of Recruitment function and market dynamics
4. Ability to work in challenging business / market environment with aggressive targets / stringent timelines
5. Exposure of implementing and/or working on an ATS / e-recruitment system would be a distinct advantage
6. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
7. Strong collaboration, Influencing and negotiation skills
8. Aggressive with high energy levels and a can-do attitude, with demonstrated ability to execute projects
9. High proficiency on MS Office
