Responsibilities- Leading Recruitment Efforts: - Overseeing the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new staff members - Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and attract talented folks. Developing Recruitment Strategies: - Establishing partnerships with vendors to enhance relationships and develop recruitment strategies - Planning and executing job-search seminars, workshops, and career fairs to connect respective folks with job opportunities Supervising Hiring Processes: - Managing the hiring process, including coordinating interviews, evaluating candidates, and making hiring decisions Leading Training: - Leading the training of the Launch Specialist and ensuring that they are trained in their respective roles and also they are capable of training fellow colleagues and Channel Partners in a specified time. - Developing and implementing the entire Training Module - Issuing performance report based on the training ans suggesting improvements. Building a wholesome experience: - Lead and build rewards and recognition program - Working on continuous development and improving the NPS score of the employees. - Monitoring and implementing programs to keep the team motivated and recognised of their efforts. Ensuring Compliance: - Managing regulatory compliance related to hiring practices and ensuring adherence to policies and standards - Developing and implementing procedural policies to ensure compliance with regulations Reporting and Evaluation: - Regularly reporting progress on recruitment efforts to the director and other stakeholders - Conducting program assessment and evaluation related to recruitment and hiring processes Skills and Qualifications: - Ability to lead and supervise large field teams. - Demonstrating exceptional organisation , communication, and supervisory skills - Having a similar experience in building large businesses or career office & setting, with a 6-8 years of experience - Possessing the ability to oversee multiple tasks with attention to detail and work effectively in a fastpaced environment
