Attributes required but not limited to:

- Years of focused experience in end to end specialized recruitment process experience

- Manage entire Talent Acquisition for particular business / location in line with organizations hiring plans

- Understand, Support, Plan & Execute Business Heads resource requirements

- Bulk hiring through job portals, social media and referrals

- Manage mid level to leadership hiring

- Able to effectively interact with business, source & deliver on mandates

Mandatory:

1. Experience in IT or banking/financial services/broking/insurance recruitment

2. Excellent communication skills
