The Responsibilities:

If you have had a background in Recruitment Consultation or wish to make a career in this Industry and have the drive and determination to succeed, we would then love to have you with us in our team.

- We are looking at individuals who would have exposure in servicing manpower needs or have worked of any of these industries; Manufacturing (Metals, Power, Automobiles, Heavy engineering), Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Durables & Telecom.

- Must have handled middle and senior management mandates across functions.

- Excellent Communication and Inter Personal Skills.

Responsibilities are Indicative and would mostly entail:

- Executive Search.

- Business Development - Continuously scouting for new Business opportunities through Networking, leads, etc.

- Client Relationship and Account Management .

- Research and Understand the client Business Revenue Model in various Industry Sectors.

- Maintain a quick TAT and ensure closures of maximum mandates received.

Qualifications:

- Post Graduate in any Discipline

Experience - 5 years plus

Age - No bar, Preferred above 30

Remuneration - Extremely Attractive
