Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of recruiting initiatives for business functions across Gurgaon and Bangalore.
- Managing full lifecycle of vacancies across a diverse range of skills and capabilities within the business function.
- Managing hiring managers, building a deep understanding of their business, function knowledge and/or technical skills, role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
- Mentor team members to effectively deliver on all hiring requirements.
- Leveraging internal talent sources to drive mobility, employee referrals and alumni engagement across both locations, Gurgaon and Bangalore.
- Identifying high quality candidates through proactive sourcing of active and passive candidates via direct channels, job postings, social media, vendors, networking & other innovative sourcing techniques.
- Conducting initial round of interviews for all suitable candidates.
- Building talent pipelines to fill current and future roles to drive improvements in time to hire.
- Managing recruitment campaigns for any volume hiring needs.
- Utilizing the application tracking system to actively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines to enhance internal communications and ensure effective process management.
- Reviewing key metrics and performance measures for the region such as time to hire, cost per hire and quality of hire and making recommendations for enhancements wherever possible.
- Supporting hiring manager coaching and behavioral based interview training, as required, to enhance the quality of hiring decisions.
Key Skills:
- 6-8 years of recruitment experience with at least 2-3 years of experience in Social Media Hiring.
- Deep knowledge and proven success of utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter for successful hires.
- Excellent understanding of India market talent pool, sourcing channels, hiring trends, cultural norms, compensation benchmarks.
- In-house full lifecycle recruitment experience with an international organization.
- Strong behavioral based interviewing experience.
- Knowledge of Application Tracking Systems.
- Ability to articulate and understand the specific role requirements.
- Proactive candidate sourcing skills through all available internal and external channels.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft suite.
- Proven experience managing multiple searches through strong prioritization skills.
- Ability to be responsive and effective in a fast-paced corporate culture, to multitask and operate effectively in a matrix organization.
- Best practice process management and driving operational effectiveness.
- Service oriented mindset with a proactive demeanor.
