Senior Recruiter - Technology startup - Bangalore.
- 8+ years experience, having handled international recruitment (US and UK).
- Must be from a corporate background.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management at a CxO level is mandatory.
- Individual contributor role.
- Prefer immediate joiners.
The role is responsible for:
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Understand job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
