Our client is a funded technology startup and is ramping up its numbers across global geographies.
Sr recruiter would be responsible for Talent Acquisition for the organization across geographies
- Will be an IC role
- Will work closely with the Sr management team to understand the Talent management plans and manage the recruitment priorities accordingly.
- Must be able to use multiple portals and networks to scout for the best talents globally
- Must be from a corporate background- Startup experience in ramping up would be a big plus
- Responsible from talent sourcing to onboarding of candidates
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Must be a task master able to work under high pressure time lines
- Must be excellent in multi tasking
- Critical skill to have is stake holder management
