- We are currently seeking a talented Recruiter to join our team and play a crucial role in attracting and hiring the best candidates..


- The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs and creating job descriptions to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.


- The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers


- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process.. Create detailed job descriptions and job postings


- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates


- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews


- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.. Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.


- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records (Data).. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.


- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Recruiter


- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software


- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
