Role Overview:

- As a Senior Human Resources Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our organization.

- You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting in-depth interviews, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure we attract and hire top talent efficiently.

- This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in recruitment and human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Management:

- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, including job requisition, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods and tools to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates to match them with the appropriate roles.

Interviewing and Assessment:

- Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

- Implement and use structured interview techniques and assessment tools to ensure objective and consistent candidate evaluations.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.

- Provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process, including offering insights on market trends and candidate expectations.

Relationship Building:

- Foster strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to enhance the recruitment process and ensure effective communication.

- Maintain regular contact with candidates to provide updates and manage their expectations.

Recruitment Strategy and Improvement:

- Develop and recommend improvements to recruitment processes and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies to continuously refine strategies.

Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and HR policies throughout the recruitment process.

- Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a proven track record of successful candidate placements and recruitment process management.

- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities, with a focus on identifying the best fit for the role and organization.

- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously
