IT Recruiter Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Bachelor's/PG degree in IT or Similar
- 3 to 5 Years of Experience in Singapore IT Recruitment is mandatory
- Coordinate with Lead and Business Development Team to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., Social Media platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidate
- Experience in hiring IT Technologies
Desired requirements:
- 2 years of recent experience in SG recruitment
- Aware of Singapore employment pass regulations
- In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments etc.)
- Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- BA in human resources, business administration, or similar relevant field
