We are looking for a Senior Recruiter for a Global Pharmaceutical MNC based in Bangalore. Senior Recruiter will be working Head HR directly.

Qualification: MBA/ PGDM in HR from Tier 1 institute

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the development and implementation of recruitment strategies in collaboration with Human Resources Business Partners, Senior Business Leaders, and Hiring Managers to fill vacancies efficiently.

- Collaborating with International Talent Acquisition to shape the Talent Strategy for the Market.

- Analyzing the strategic workforce plan to develop comprehensive Buy Plans aligned with short-, medium-, and long-term business needs, focusing on key Capabilities and building a robust talent pipeline.

- Partnering with Leadership to craft and foster Talent Acquisition Strategies and Initiatives.

- Defining effective sourcing and channel strategies.

- Proactively seeking opportunities for innovation, value addition, and knowledge sharing across HR, Talent Acquisition, and the business network.

- Cultivating strong partnerships to ensure collaboration, maximize global talent pipelines, and share best practices.

Typical Accountabilities & Capabilities:

- Overseeing the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process within a designated area.

- Collaborating with the business to define desired candidate profiles and fill vacancies with suitable individuals efficiently.

- Establishing a pipeline of qualified leads to meet current and future business needs.

- Adhering to Global Recruitment and country policies/guidelines.

- Building strong relationships with teams and business stakeholders, providing consultation, project management, and service delivery.

- Providing guidance to hiring teams on effective interview and evaluation techniques.

- Analyzing recruitment channels, including employee referral schemes, job boards, social networks, events, and campaigns.

- Conducting market mapping for selected roles.

- Contributing to global recruitment projects and exploring innovative approaches.

- Coaching and mentoring Talent Acquisition colleagues to support their continuous development.

- Spearheading Talent Strategic Sourcing and Employer Branding efforts.
