Manage hiring of mid/senior roles
Work with leadership team to identify the hiring needs for senior candidates
- Offer an engaging experience to candidates in the pipeline
- Develop and execute search strategy, perform primary and secondary research, construct target lists of companies and candidates, contact high-potential candidates, write position specifications, conduct candidate interviews and document candidate qualifications and references.
- Develop industry network with potential and existing candidates and gather market intelligence.
- Work on building network of senior candidates
Desired Profile
- 3+ years Talent Acquisition experience with consulting organisations/corporate firms
- Preferably experience of managing leadership hiring
