Senior IT Recruiter

Responsibilities :

- Sourcing relevant candidates for the various mandates that may be assigned to you.

- Scheduling and lining up the shortlisted candidates

- Coordinating with Clients for getting new mandates and servicing the same

- Acquiring new clients for our services

- Research and Knowledge management for our clients and mandates

- MIS & Reporting

Requirement :

The basic requirement are as below :

- Should have a min. experience of 2 year in the IT Recruitment.

- Should have experience in Naukri, LinkedIn and other job search portal.

- Should have in-depth understand of IT Industry and knowledge about the modern technology.

- Prior experience in C2H model is a Plus.
