- Responsible for recruitment across various groups and division as directed.
- Deliver a value added talent acquisition experience for all our candidates and customers including market information, talent pipeline, company positioning
- Focus on a direct sourcing approach to finding the best available talent throughout the geography
- Organise, update and maintain a wide variety of resource information. Maintain team dashboards and materials frequently used in HR
Salary Range: 10 - 11 LPA
Contract role for 1 year, will be permanent if performance found satisfactory
