Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter with core engineering background to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record in active sourcing, mass mailing, and job posting. This role requires a strategic approach to identifying and attracting top talent, leveraging LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Active Sourcing :

- Identify and engage with potential candidates on LinkedIn and other professional networks.

- Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts.

Outreach and Engagement :

- Reach out to recruiters on LinkedIn with a targeted approach.

- Conduct initial screenings and engage with passive candidates.

Mass Mailing and Communication :

- Create and manage targeted mass mailing campaigns.

- Ensure consistent and branded communications.

Job Posting and Advertising :

- Write and post job descriptions on various platforms.

- Track and analyze job posting effectiveness.

Candidate Management :

- Maintain candidate information in the ATS.

- Provide an exceptional candidate experience.

Collaboration :

- Work with hiring managers to understand their needs.

- Collaborate with HR to improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mandatory.

- 8-10 years of recruiting experience in a technical or engineering environment Mandatory.

- Proven experience with active sourcing, mass mailing, job posting, and candidate engagement.

- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
